New Year 2012

Another year has come and gone. I am hoping this will be my 'breakout' year with lots of personal bests.
I didn't start the year well and it was a bit discouraging but now I am back on track. I carried over a 2 week cold from just before Christmas.
Was a bit hard to get motivated again. I started using a cycling coach in December, Jim Glover.
I am finally over my cold and back on the training plan. I had a a tough workout last night with intervals and was not sure how it would turn out with the 3 week layoff and only a couple easy short days of spinning.
I am happy to say that it went well and that on my last interval I was really hurt'n to finish it so I think the workout was perfect.
I actually prefer the interval days as I find the time passes better with that silly little machine constantly telling me what to do.
Rest day today then some of my highest output intervals on Thursday, not that I have really done that many.
